My Role As the lead designer for this project, my responsibilities include working closely with team members to synthesize user requirements, communicating design recommendations, leading the end-to-end design process, and managing expectations across dev teams.
Challenge
01 Due to the large volume of product content required, our cross-border e-commerce partner has a significant demand for a more efficient method to generate appealing content for their customers.
02 The previous tool had powerful batch production capabilities; however, it received negative feedback regarding usability and required updates for business needs.
Task - Improve the AI content creation experience for e-commerce sellers.
Solution & Prototype
Layout the structure: With a clear design objective, we initially organized the platform's structure and developed early-stage wireframes.
The first prototype was designed with the following key features:
01 Users can customize product details such as title, price, and discount information.
02 Users can generate video narrations tailored for various platforms.
03 Users can choose from templates and personalize them according to their preferences.
04 Users can seamlessly incorporate a digital narrator into their videos.
